LuxWeb Studio ("LuxWeb," "we," "us," or "our") builds websites and booking, guest, and review systems for independent hospitality businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through site.luxweb.studio, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request a free preview, book a call, or purchase a plan, you may provide:

Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
Property details: your property name, city and state, property type, and the site level you're interested in.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
Usage data: standard analytics such as pages visited and referral source.

How we use your information

To build and send you a preview of your website and schedule your reveal call.
To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
To send you service-related messages by email, phone, or text (see SMS below).
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To improve our website and services.

SMS / text messaging

Providing your phone number and opting in to text messages is entirely optional. It is never required to request a preview, book a call, or purchase anything from us. If you tick the optional SMS box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from LuxWeb Studio related to your preview and to booking your reveal call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our payment processor (Stripe) and our customer-communication platform — and only as needed to provide the service to you. These providers are bound to protect your information. We do not sell your personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Cookies and analytics

We use standard cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
